Shipping Policy

Due to complications regarding the COVID-19 virus and social distancing practices orders may take 7-16 business days to process and ship. If your order takes more than 3 weeks to ship you will be refunded 100% of your shipping cost. This policy begins 24 hours after your order is placed and processed.

If your order says delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office. USPS is responsible for the delivery of the package. In the event that you are unable to locate your package posted “in-transit” or “delivered” we recommend contacting your local post office.

Return & Exchange Policy

All items purchased are final sale, and we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items. This includes holiday sales, site-wide or product-specific flash sales, and items purchased using sale codes.

If you received a defective item or the wrong product, we apologize and will work to correct the issue as soon as possible. We ask that you please send an email to imadopeassmom@gmail.comYour email must contain the following information:

  • Order number

  • Name and email used on the order

  • What product was ordered (including size, color, etc)

  • If the wrong item was received, describe what item was sent to you

  • If the item was defective, describe the issue 

  • Attach a photo of the item you received

In the case of receiving defective items, we will provide you with a 50% discount code for your next purchase. In the case of receiving the wrong item, you must return the item received and we will send you the correct item.
