We ship our items via USPS First Class. The cost of shipping is added to your order at checkout.
Due to complications that may arise due to the COVID-19 virus, orders may take 7-10 business days to process and ship. If your order does not arrive within 22 days from the date of order, we will refund you 100% of the shipping cost.
1. Fill a clean sink or container with cool or slightly warm water. Cool water keeps color in place and prevents shrinking fibers. If the hat is especially dirty, it's fine to use slightly warm water. Just do not use hot water because this can ruin the hat.
2. Mix in 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon of laundry detergent. Use a non-bleach, mild detergent. Do not use dish soap. Add in some OxiClean if you want that white to pop.
3. Treat trouble spots. Use a soft-bristled (unused) toothbrush to rub away any stains.
4. Soak the hat. Submerge the entire hat into the cool soapy water. Get the entire thing wet and let it soak for for about 3-hours. The dirt will gently lift off the cap. if it needs more time, simply let it soak longer.
5. Rinse the hat. Once the hat is done soaking, drain the sink or container and rinse away any soap. Put the hat under warm or cool running water. Not hot water. Keep rinsing until the water runs free of bubbles.
6. Remove excess water, first by gently squeezing any areas that are dripping. Then, gently pat down the hat with a clean, dry towel until it feels only damp.
7. Air dry. You can ball up a hand towel and stuff it into the hat to help it keep its shape. Avoid putting it in the sunlight while it dries so the color doesn't fade.
While we prefer our snapback with a flat brim, we won't judge if you rock it with curl. Here's how to curve your brim without ruining the hat.
- Grab your flatbill hat and turn it over. There are two sections where the brim joins the cap. Grab those sections and pull them together until the brim forms a funnel shape.
- Hold it in that funnel shape for 30 seconds. Do NOT fold or crack the bill.
- Now, while still grabbing those same two sections, tuck one section under the other. Your funnel shape is now more like a burrito. Hold it there for another 30 seconds.
- Let go of the brim and set the cap down. Gently press down on the bill to flatten it out again - just enough until you find that sweet curve spot.
